- Deals with the nursing care of children from infancy to adolescence giving emphasis on the physiological, psychological, developmental, socio-cultural and spiritual aspects.
- Provides the students with the concepts, principles and skills to become leaders and managers in the hospital and community based settings. It also includes ethico-moral/legal aspects of health care and nursing practice and the nurses’ responsibilities for personal and professional growth.
